The following are samples of some of the Codes:
1. Members must recruit 2 members the first year.
2. Members are expected to be loyal to fellow members.
3. Members represent only their category.
4. Members; are required to pass 1 QBL per month, with up to 12 members:
5. QBLs per month, with up to 30 members,
6. Members may not belong to any other leads organisation. (Chambers are not a conflict.)
7. Members may not miss more than 2 meetings in sequence, unless excused.
8. Membership fees are not refundable,

The application will not be "signed" in the sense of a traditional paper document. To verify the contents of the application, the signatory must enter any alpha/numeric character(s) or combination thereof of his or her choosing, preceded and followed by the forward slash (/) symbol. BizNetExchange does not determine or pre-approve what the entry should be, but simply presumes that this specific entry has been adopted to serve the function of the signature. Most signatories simply enter their names between the two forward slashes, although acceptable "signatures" could include /john doe/; /jd/; or /123-4567/. The application may still be validated to check for missing information or errors even if the signature and date signed fields are left blank. |
